This Cookie Policy explains how ON RISING, TI PORTUGAL, LDA., trading as Velv ("Velv", "we", "us", "our"), NIPC 514280174, with registered office at Calçada da Estrela 93A, 1200-662, Lisbon, Portugal, uses cookies and similar technologies on velv.pt. It should be read together with our Privacy Policy, which explains more generally how we handle personal data.

4.2 Analytics / performance cookies

These help us understand how visitors use velv.pt — for example, which pages are visited, how long visitors stay, and how they interact with our pages (clicks, scrolling, navigation) — so we can improve the site. We use Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity for this purpose (see Section 5 for more detail on how each of these works). These cookies are only placed with your consent.

4.3 Advertising / marketing cookies

These are used to measure the performance of our advertising campaigns and, where applicable, to show relevant ads. We use Google's advertising tools for this purpose. These cookies are only placed with your consent.

4.4 Tools that do not set cookies on your device

We also use Google's search console tool to monitor velv.pt's aggregate search performance, and a server-side analytics tool that reads our website's request logs directly on our server, without placing any cookie or other identifier on your device. Neither of these tools falls within the scope of this Cookie Policy; how we process the underlying data is instead covered by our Privacy Policy.

Google Analytics: velv.pt uses Google Analytics, a website analytics service provided by Google, which uses cookies to help us analyse how visitors use our site and to compile reports on website activity. The information generated is transmitted to and stored by Google.

Microsoft Clarity: velv.pt uses Microsoft Clarity, a behavioural analytics tool provided by Microsoft, which uses cookies to record how visitors interact with our pages (e.g., clicks, scrolling, navigation) so we can identify usability improvements.
