These Terms and Conditions of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website velv.pt (the "Site"), operated by ON RISING, TI PORTUGAL, LDA., trading as Velv ("Velv", "we", "us", "our"), a company incorporated under Portuguese law, with registered office at Calçada da Estrela 93A, 1200-662, Lisbon, Portugal, and taxpayer number (NIPC) 514280174.

By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

2. About Velv

Velv provides IT consulting, engineering, nearshoring, and AI services. The Site is intended to provide information about Velv, its services, and career opportunities, and to allow visitors to contact us.

3. Use of this Site

You may use the Site to browse information about our services, contact us, and apply for open positions. When using the Site, you agree not to:

  • use the Site for any unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purpose;

11. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Portuguese law. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Lisbon Judicial District, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rules that may grant jurisdiction elsewhere.

12. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
